HR Specialist (m/f/x)
- As a HR Assistant you are responsible for the smooth running of our operational recruiting process.
- You identify the right candidates via the target group-specific recruiting and social media channels
- In addition to the entire applicant management, you will also take care of setting up and maintaining the candidate network and the candidate journey
- You create and manage the job profiles in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Expansion of the social media presence, development of content for employer branding contributions and other projects in the field of personnel marketing
- In close cooperation with Human Resource Management, you support the planning, organization and implementation of recruiting activities and work on our recruiting strategy, employer branding as well as overarching HR projects, such as personnel development and health management
- Support of HR management in daily tasks
- You have a degree (business administration or business psychology) or comparable training with a focus on HR
- You already have experience in recruiting and active sourcing, as well as knowledge of personnel marketing and dealing with social media platforms
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English. Chinese is also very welcome
- You round off your profile with excellent communication skills, assertiveness, sociability and a professional manner
- You are enthusiastic about dealing with candidates and about digital trends in personnel marketing and recruiting
- You have organizational talent, are able to work in a team and have an independent working style
